FINAL OUTBREAK MEMO FOR TEACHERS, DANCERS & PARENTS

WHEN:           Saturday, April 30^th

                        Show time @ 2 pm, doors open to public @ 1:30 pm

                        Event should end by 5pm.

WHERE:       Chandos Pattison Theatre: Pacific Academy School 

                  (10238-168 St., Surrey)

TICKETS AT DOOR $15 (if any left after advance ticket sales)

P.S.  Children under 5 are free.  Children between 5 and 10 are $5.

PARENTS AND STUDENTS:

-  Semester 2 dance students will be marked on their participation and performance.

-  All students are responsible for finding thier own way to and from the theatre.  

-  Check in time: 12:30pm (bring go card)

-  On stage practice @ 1pm

-  Students must arrive ready to dance . . . costumes with full hair and makeup

-  Students may leave after they dance . . . but are encouraged to stay and cheer on their peers.

-  Do not bring valuables

-  There will be a small concession (cash only) so bring food and water.
